The Independent Commission on Youth Crime and Antisocial Behaviour has published a report setting out wide-ranging proposals for reforming the response to youth crime and antisocial behaviour in England and Wales.
The Commission carried out an 18-month study into alternative responses to youth crime. The report urges significant investment into early intervention and restorative justice.
