The Welsh Government is holding a consultation on The Smoke-Free Premises etc. (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
The amendment creates an exemption from the smoke-free requirements for performers provided certain conditions are satisfied.
The consultation will run until 16/03/12/
