Anita Myfanwy our North Wales Development Officer co-ordinates the meetings of the North Wales Children’s Rights Practice Exchange Group. The group provides members with an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss recent developments affecting children. Meetings are held quarterly usually in the Children’s Commissioner’s Office in Colwyn Bay. Dates of the forthcoming meetings are available in the events section.

Julia Bolton of the Welsh Government held a Question and Answer session on "Communities First – The Future" and there were two presentations; The first by Rhian Hughes, Regional Financial Inclusion Champion ( North Wales) on Financial Inclusion – Children and Young People and the second by Linda Knight, Shelter Cymru, on Homelessness amongst Families and Young People
Our meetings for 2012 will be held on Mondays between 10.00 and 1.00 at the Llanrwst Family Centre (Canolfan yr Enfys) on the 19 March, 8 June, 17 September and 3 December.
